At Sparkle & Support, our mission is simple: to make the lives of school counselors a little easier. This profession asks so much of us — we wear countless hats, juggle never-ending to-do lists, and still want to show up fully for the students and families who count on us.

That’s why I created Sparkle & Support — a resource hub designed by a school counselor, for school counselors. Here you’ll find practical, time-saving tools like custom GPTs, digital downloads, and ready-to-use tips that help you get things done faster, with less stress (and a little more joy).

I want you to feel supported, empowered, and excited — because when your workload feels lighter, you can focus on what matters most: making a difference in the lives of your students.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Kalii 👋 — the school counselor behind Sparkle & Support.

I’m both a licensed mental health counselor (LPC-MHSP) and a licensed school counselor, and I’ve been in the counseling world since 2008. After earning my Master’s in 2012 and building my private practice, I added school counseling in 2016 and have been serving at my current elementary school for over 11 years. I still maintain my private practice alongside my school role, which gives me a unique perspective on balancing it all.

On a personal note, I’m a wife, a dog mom to three fur babies (Gibson, Porter, and Dolly 🐾), and a lover of all things pink and sparkly. When I’m not at school, you can usually find me baking, reading, hanging out at the pool, or spending cozy Sundays in the fall watching football with my husband and pups.

Why I do what I do

At my core, I’m a problem solver. I love tech, I love efficiency, and I love finding creative ways to save time and reduce frustration. As the PLC leader for my counseling cohort, I discovered how much I enjoy sharing little tricks and resources to make our jobs easier — and realized these solutions could help counselors everywhere.

Sparkle & Support is my way of combining my love for counseling, problem-solving, and sparkle into one supportive space — so you can shine a little brighter in your role without burning out.
